MI Global Partners was appointed by the Sydney Opera House to develop an investment renewal framework for a ten-year program of capital works, in the lead up to the Opera House’s 50th anniversary in 2023.

 

The framework has guided the Opera House through one of the most ambitious redevelopment periods of Australia’s cultural icon. On the strength of the renewal framework, the NSW Government announced a substantial financial commitment for several priority projects, including the renewal of the Concert Hall and performance support spaces, a new Centre for Creativity, a purpose-built function and events centre, and renewed public concourses including the entry foyer.
