Basketball Australia (BA) initially required a strategic and technical advisor to lead and project manage the bid process to host the FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup 2022 – delivering all aspects of the project.

 

Once successful, the Local Organising Committee then sought assistance in event planning and delivery - including strategic master planning, sustainable event management, planning of extended legacy benefits nationwide, event contingency and readiness planning.
