As an accomplished Brand Marketing Manager, Brooke has over 23 years’ experience in the Marketing & Sport Business industries working in Australia and Europe. She is highly experienced in brand marketing, event management, digital communications, social media, PR, relationship management, sponsorship and sports marketing.

As the Brand Marketing Manager at MI, she is responsible for strategy and delivery of all brand, communication, digital, events, sponsorship, PR and campaign activation. In 2022, Brooke managed the rebrand of MI taking it from MI Associates to MI Global Partners and delivered an entire suite of internal and external brand assets for the company.

 

Prior to MI, Brooke was the Head of Marketing for one of the most iconic brands in Australia, Speedo, where she managed the entire marketing team and oversaw all brand, retail, digital, trade, ambassador and sports marketing activities. There she delivered the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games Australian sponsorship campaigns and was responsible for negotiating the 16 year partnership renewal with the Australian Olympic Committee. Responsible for the development of the overall marketing and branding strategy for Australia and New Zealand, she planned and executed all marketing objectives and strategies for the brand and its specific product categories, including implementation of all advertising, PR, promotional activities and the management/production/delivery of all creative assets.

 

Brooke has also worked in various sport marketing roles including:

 

  • UEFA Champions League (UCL) – Based in Lucerne Switzerland at TEAM Marketing, she managed Ford’s sponsorship and was responsible for all sponsor partner rights (including Heineken, MasterCard, Vodafone, Sony & PlayStation) at the UCL Final as well as throughout the season at Arsenal FC matches.

  • Australian Football League (AFL) – managing and delivering Toyota’s premier partnership, along with other key sponsors including Kellogg’s, Origin Energy and PlayStation.

  • 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games – leveraging various sponsorship portfolio's including adidas, Speedo, Cadbury Schweppes and Nestlé Peters.

  • Melbourne Grand Prix and the Melbourne Cup Carnival – as an event specialist.

 

Brooke has also lectured at Macleay College in Sydney in various Sport Business Bachelor degrees and Diploma courses.

 

Brooke has recently completed an Interior Styling course and is in constant negotiation with her husband regarding how many cushions is 'too many'. When she’s not working, you’ll find her in her natural habitat - at the playground with her two small children, head to toe in activewear and sipping on her extra strong coffee.
