Racing Queensland sought assistance from MI Global Partners to develop an Action Plan for use in the preparation, management, hosting and legacy of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

 

The role considered how to leverage industry assets via use of land holdings, developable land and other commercialisation of existing assets to maximise opportunities for the racing industry. The role also explored alternative-use opportunities for racing venues -repurposed for training, pre-competition test and sport replacement facilities.
